Refund & Payment Policy

Coin purchases are generally final once coins have been credited to your wallet, as coins may be spent immediately. If a payment was charged but coins were never credited, contact support with your payment reference and we'll investigate.

Subscription passes are prepaid, fixed-duration access — see the subscriptions page for what "prepaid, no automatic renewal" means. A pass may be refunded at TOHREE's discretion (e.g. billing error); refunding stops access immediately and does not affect any chapter you separately own permanently.
